Welcome to the King George Website.
King George is a school of approximately 240 students attending JK to grade six. Staff and students take great pride in welcoming our community to the school and in the day to day challenges that come from the 'joy of learning'. At King George we Experience, Explore, Engage and Excel as we journey on the pathway to learning. We appreciate the community involvement and the commitment to Student Success.
The school is coming up to the 100th Year Anniversary. We will partner with Queen Mary who will also celebrate 100 years of educating our youth. We welcome the past and present students to come back and share this special historical celebration.
We look forward to working with our school community this year and encourage your participation in the academic, social and intellectual development of our children.

King George Public School exists to provide facilities and an atmosphere in which each student may develop his or her potential to the maximum in specific areas of intellectual, physical, social, emotional and moral behaviour. King George Public School is dedicated to partnership with parents and all members of our community who contribute to the education of the child.
